Age Groups & Ratios

We are a 47-place nursery, registered with Ofsted Early Years to take children from 3 months to school age. We have three sections: Babies, Toddlers and Pre-school. Staff to child ratios are 1:3 for under 2’s and 1:5 for over 2’s.

Opening Times

We are open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday throughout the year, except Bank Holidays. Sessions are available in the mornings, afternoons, or full days. We have the flexibility to be able to meet your needs.

Our Staff

We recruit staff of all ages from any ethnic background. All our childcare staff are qualified to NNEB, NVQ3 or NVQ2 levels, and several hold other qualifications too - such as First Aid and Basic Food Hygiene. We have a policy of constant training and staff development. All our staff have criminal records bureau checks and any other necessary and relevant checks.  We hope that you will always find them understanding, friendly and helpful.  They are our most important asset. We endeavor to keep them happy and contented and we hope that you will find this reflected in the quality of the care we offer.  We may not have the most modern building and facilities in Sheffield, but we think our staff are second to none.
